RegiftMe.ng is owned and operated by a registered Nigerian business, and all operations are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Our Services

RegiftMe.ng allows users to exchange valid and unused gift cards for instant cash in Naira. We do not sell, issue, or distribute gift cards our sole purpose is to help users redeem the value of their existing cards in a fast, secure, and transparent way.
When you use our service, you authorize us to verify, process, and convert your gift card into cash according to our current exchange rates.

Eligibility and User Responsibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate personal and banking information, and to only trade cards that belong to you or for which you have full authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all activities carried out under your account are legitimate. RegiftMe.ng will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

Trading and Payment

Once a card is submitted for trade, it will be verified for authenticity and value.  Successful trades are processed instantly or within a few minutes. Payments are made directly to your provided Nigerian bank account after verification.
Because all trades undergo verification before payment, completed transactions are final and non-refundable. If a card is invalid, used, or reported stolen, payment will not be issued.
In rare cases of network or technical delay, payments may take up to 24 hours to reflect. Our support team is always available to assist in resolving such cases quickly.

Exchange Rates

Our exchange rates are dynamic and may change at any time based on market conditions.  The rate applicable to your transaction is the one displayed at the moment you initiate your trade

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use RegiftMe.ng for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity. Submitting fake, stolen, or previously used gift cards is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or legal action.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or violates these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience, RegiftMe.ng does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will not be responsible for losses caused by user error, third-party service issues, or unforeseen system disruptions. Our platform and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All logos, brand assets, text, and visual materials on RegiftMe.ng are the exclusive property of the company. They may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.
